How many times did people come forward to warn you and prevent delays or bigger/more expensive issues?

How often do they give each other constructive feedback without worrying about backlash?

How often do they give you constructive feedback or tell you that something you're proposing doesn't make sense?

Not many leaders measure how psychological safety and trust within the teams helps accelerate performance and deliver results.

It's not just about the numbers in the goals but it's also about the story behind those numbers.
